Telesales Operative

Telesales Operative

Eco Facilities Solutions provide a skilled multi-disciplined team of engineers with expertise across the range of building services. In response to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting a telesales operative to join our team in our Gateshead offices.

The Role:

The role is predominantly outbound B2B telesales/marketing and appointment making. You will be responsible for outbound marketing calls to other businesses, generating leads and appointments for a director to further develop business.

Main Duties:

  • Contacting potential customers to introduce the company and our services.
  • Efficient and accurate record keeping of contact made.
  • Contacting existing and previous customers to arrange opportunity to re-tender for further works.

The successful applicant should:

  • Have exceptional telephone manners.
  • Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Work well alone, as well as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Proven track record of achieving targets

Desirable qualities:

  • Some understanding of the HVAC industry

The standard hours are 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of 17k-19k, as well as 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

There is an option for this role to be either full or part time.

Salary: £17,000.00 to £19,000.00 /year

 Multi-Skilled Service/Installation Engineer 

Eco Facilities Solutions Ltd – Newcastle upon Tyne
£30,000 a year

Eco Facilities Solutions provide a skilled multi-disciplined team of engineers with expertise across the range of building services. In response to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Mobile Service & Installation Engineer to join our new team specialising in commercial and industrial water hygiene services.

The Role:

The role is predominantly to carryout routine planned maintenance visits, respond to service call-outs and installation of a range of Water Treatment Dosing equipment on customer sites throughout the North East, Yorkshire and Humberside.

Main Duties:

  • Ability to work on their own or as part of a team in a responsible manor carrying out installations, routine PPM tasks and minor repair works.
  • Install new plant and equipment as per design specification and to the required standard.
  • To work safely and to follow company health and safety requirements to ensure both their own safety together with that of their colleagues and clients.
  • Be able to take responsibility and ownership of all tasks assigned.
  • Attend site in response to service requests to be able to effectively and efficiently diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant and when required provide information as required to allow additional works to be costed and carried out.
  • Be able to provide excellent communication and customer service whilst on site to ensure client/company relationships are sustained.

The Successful Applicant Should:

  • Have proven experience working in a similar role or have background in a service related industry.
  • Have completed a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant discipline with electrical/control bias.
  • Experience in heavy industry and/or petrochemical sites.
  • Be able to travel to various locations and be prepared for overnight stays (expenses funded)
  • Provide own ‘basic’ tools.
  • Have a valid UK driving license.
  • Have excellent communication & people skills.
  • Preference may be given to those with additional skill levels and qualifications to enhance the level of service we are able to provide.

The standard hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of 30k, as well as:

  • Fully expensed van.
  • 20 days holiday + bank holiday.
  • Continuous on the job training and career development.
  • All specialist tools and equipment provided (Engineers to provide basic hand tools).
  • Full PPE as required.

Commercial Gas Engineer

Commercial Gas Engineer In response to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team in based in Gateshead.

The role is predominantly working in commercial buildings carrying out service, maintenance and repair to a range of commercial systems, including boilers and HVAC installations and associated plant.

Main Duties

· Ability to work on their own or as part of a team in a responsible manor carrying out installations, routine PPM tasks and minor repair works.

  • Install new plant and equipment as per design specification and to the required standard.
  • To work safely and to follow the company health and safety requirements to ensure both their own safety together with that of their colleagues & clients
  • Be able to take responsibility and ownership of all tasks as assigned.
  • Attend site in response to service requests to be able to effectively & efficiently diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant and when required provide information as required to allow additional works to be costed and carried out.
  • Be able to provide excellent communication & customer service whilst on site to ensure client/company relationships are sustained & developed.

The successful Applicant Should:

  • Have proven experience working in a similar role or have background in building services/facilities management maintenance.
  • Have completed a recognized Apprenticeship in a relevant discipline – Gas – NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Be able to provide relevant certification & level of competences for the Installation, Service and Maintenance of Gas Fired Appliances for the range of equipment the position would require them to undertake.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Preference may be given to those with additional skill levels & qualifications to allow other small scale repairs to be carried out, these to include Electrical & Mechanical tasks.

The standard hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and overtime is available.
